Zula Bans PC Account "canbatar" for Cheating Without Evidence

My Zula account, under the username "canbatar" on PC, was banned under the pretext of "cheating or using 3rd-party software." I encountered this penalty even though I have never used cheats or installed any 3rd-party software on my system.

I have spent a significant amount of money purchasing paid items and Zula Gold for this account. I refuse to accept having my time, effort, and money wasted like this. Following the ban, I submitted a ticket through the support system, but I have received no response so far.

I demand a thorough review of my account, the removal of this ban if it was unfairly issued, the restoration of all unfairly deducted ZP and XP to my profile, and a complete resolution to my grievance.
