Zips Car Wash Membership Cancellation Issues

March 30, 2024 9:09 AM48

On February 25th, I became a member of the Zips Unlimited Wash Club. On a regular basis, I would bring my car to get it cleaned. Last week, I noticed that my car wasn't being cleaned properly, possibly due to high demand. Despite paying $30 per month, it was difficult for me to determine if my car was any cleaner compared to those who held the $20 membership. I felt a sense of disappointment and betrayal. I didn't bother preparing my car before taking it to the car wash. The conveyor moved it along faster than I expected, and when it was done, it was even dirtier than before. The application of wax was completely undetectable. That's the reason I chose to cancel my subscription on March 25th. However, I recently found out that my credit card was charged $30 for post-cancellation membership fees yesterday. As per the information provided by customer service, the transactions were still being processed and my membership had not been fully revoked. Are you kidding me? I request a prompt refund. This whole situation is really frustrating. I was not satisfied with the quality of the vehicle wash, the service provided, and the additional charges that were not approved. It's important for everyone to be cautious before signing, in my opinion.
