I've been a loyal Delta Sonic Car Wash member for 4 years, but the service has gone downhill drastically in the last 6 months. My car is consistently returned to me dirty, even after both the wash and detailed interior cleaning. It seems like they're rushing through everything just to make more money, and the quality of the cleaning suffers as a result. I decided to cancel my membership and called customer service, but the representative was incredibly rude and demanded to know why I wanted to cancel. When I explained my reasons, instead of offering any solutions or even acknowledging my concerns, they just kept defending the company. I spent 15 minutes on the phone and still don't feel confident that my membership is actually canceled. I do not want to be charged another membership fee on my credit card. Please delete all of my payment information from your database immediately.
