Zety Unauthorized Charge Attempt After One-Time Payment

On January 26, 2026, at 11:21 PM, there was an unauthorized charge attempt of $24 from my Yapı Kredi credit card via Zety.com, even though I had previously only made a one-time payment to create a CV. I did not provide any subscription or recurring payment authorization, and I do not accept that such a transaction was attempted.

Due to this situation, I had to cancel my credit card for security reasons. I registered on Zety.com using the email address a*************@icloud.com.

I request that my account and all associated card information be permanently deleted from Zety.com’s system and that any subscriptions or automatic payment instructions under my name be immediately canceled.
