I Received an Unfair 720-Hour Ban on My WePlay Account for Minor Language
I logged into my WePlay account today from my phone using user ID 82456633, and I was shocked to see that I had received a 720-hour ban. The stated reason for this suspension was “offensive language,” but the only word I used was “mal”. I don’t believe this word should justify such an extreme and lengthy penalty.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced an unfair ban on WePlay. In previous cases, I also felt the enforcement was inconsistent and excessive. I live in Istanbul and I use the app regularly, so being locked out of my account for such a long period is a huge inconvenience and feels unjustified.
I am requesting that WePlay re-evaluate this penalty and either remove the ban or significantly reduce its duration. I also urge the support team to establish clearer, more balanced guidelines for moderation so that users are not punished with exaggerated bans for minor words. Please resolve this issue quickly so I can regain access to my account.
