Zara's Disappointing Shoes with No Warranty
I'm really disappointed in the poor quality of these Zara shoes, which I've only worn about ten times. Zara's decision to sell such shoddy merchandise and not even stand behind its product is absurd. I purchased these shoes under the impression that they were imported and of high quality, with a guarantee, but that was not the case. When I contacted the seller about the problems, they informed me that the shoes were not even guaranteed, which surprised me. Not only am I upset that these shoes have caused blisters on my feet, but I'm also upset about how much money I spent on them. On top of the shoes, I almost feel like I should be reimbursed for the cost of seeing a doctor and getting foot medication. To be honest, it's disheartening to see how little these sellers value their customers. I'm going to make it a point to buy locally-made products from now on. It's frustrating to think about how much easier it would have been to have a dependable seller in the first place, especially when I recall the time my brother received the wrong item and we were able to return it with no problems. I would have done things differently if I had known about these types of sellers beforehand.
