Zara Straw Bag Broke Twice - I Got No Support

I bought a straw bag from Zara on May 11, 2025. Before I had even used it ten times, the handle came off twice, leaving me stranded while out. On June 13, 2025, I went to the store to explain the issue. I tried to express that this problem could get worse over time, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my point across. They simply told me, “Bring it in if it tears.” I was informed that it has a two-year warranty. So now I’m expected to keep using the bag for two years, wondering each time whether the handle will fall off, and only if it tears—and I can prove it wasn’t intentional—will they consider offering a solution. Why does someone pay more for a product? In my opinion, for quality. But sadly, this product turned out to be of very poor quality.
