Zara Store Manager Refuses to Exchange Defective Pants After Two Wears

I bought a pair of dress pants from the Zara store in Gordion Mall, Ankara, on July 2, and I have only worn them twice and washed them once. I noticed some pilling on the waist and legs of the pants after the very first wear, but I didn't think much of it at first. However, during the second wear, the pilling increased significantly, and the item absolutely no longer looks like it was recently purchased.

Today, I took the item back to the Gordion branch where I bought it for an exchange. The store manager and a female staff member barely glanced at the product and rejected my request, saying, "There isn't much there, you have a 2-year warranty, bring it back when it gets worse." They did this without opening a ticket, providing a form, or even sending it in for inspection. I believe that a product deteriorating like this in such a short time and with so little use is defective, and this dismissive attitude does not align with Zara's corporate reputation.

I demand that these pants be inspected, classified as a defective product, and either exchanged or refunded. I can provide my receipt and invoice details if necessary.
