Zara Pants Developed Pilling After One Use—Requesting Refund
About a month ago, I purchased a pair of pants from the Zara Sur Yapı store. Even though I only wore the item once, it d...eveloped significant pilling. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that was just purchased. I have not yet contacted the store or customer service regarding this issue. D
