Zara Sent Me the Wrong Sweater and Won’t Process My Return
The online buying system of Zara greatly irritates me! Although I ordered (5403*18), they sent the incorrect sweater. I corrected the error when I discovered it, but I chose the incorrect return reason by accident. Zara is now rejecting the return and stating they will forward the item back to me.
