Zara Sent Incomplete Order, Customer Support Refused to Resolve the Issue
I placed an order from Zara that was supposed to include two items, but one was missing. Since I was out of town, I only opened the package recently and immediately informed Zara about the missing item. Instead of offering a solution, I was rudely told that there was no missing item. After a long search, I managed to find a photo of the package to prove my claim, but even that was not accepted. Zara’s online store has completely lost my trust. Moving forward, I will be recording every unboxing to avoid these issues. Zara, this is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution for the missing item!
