Zara Same-Day Delivery Paid, But Package Delayed – I Need a Refund
I placed an order from Zara (Order #5367*67) today, specifically paying extra for same-day delivery because it was a gift. However, my package has not arrived, and now the system shows the estimated delivery for tomorrow.
I chose Zara because I trusted the brand for both product quality and reliable service, but this experience has left me disappointed and embarrassed in front of my friend. If same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, why charge extra for it?
I demand a refund for the shipping fee and expect Zara to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. This kind of service failure is unacceptable!
