Hello, I am experiencing an issue with an order from Zara placed in April. I was missing a stretch shirt in size XL priced at €39.95 and despite submitting a claim, I was assured I would be refunded. However, I have not received the refund. Now, I am being told that the deadline has passed, and my inquiries are being dismissed.
