Zara Refused to Replace My Defective Baby Outfit Despite Clear Proof

One of the five items in my Zara order has a defect on the back. Since it is a baby outfit, I washed it according to the proper care instructions and removed the tag after receiving it. The other four items from the same package are perfectly fine, but one is defective. When I contacted Zara, they said nothing could be done because the inner tag had been removed. This response felt unfair, considering the defect only became noticeable after washing. I even offered to provide additional photos as proof, but they showed no willingness to resolve the issue. The product is clearly listed in my order history, and matches the item in the provided photo, and I even have a picture of the removed tag, but they still refused to accept it.
