Zara Refund Delayed After Order Cancellation
I canceled an order with Zara on January 17, 2025, and was informed through live support that my refund would be processed within 14 days. However, today I received an email asking for my IBAN details to process the refund, which is both confusing and unprofessional for a brand like Zara.
I have been unable to find a direct point of contact to resolve this issue. Despite the initial assurance of a straightforward refund, Zara is now delaying the process further by asking for unnecessary banking details.
Zara, I expect a prompt resolution and refund without additional hurdles. As a loyal customer, this experience has been deeply disappointing, and I urge you to address your refund process immediately.
