Zara Personalized Baby Bag Not Delivered Due to Address Error, No Support for Weeks
I placed an order from Zara online on September 23, 2024 (Order No: 5384*****96), which included a set of hangers and a personalized baby care bag. On September 25, 2024, I received the hangers in good condition. However, the baby bag was shipped with Scotty and returned to Zara’s warehouse without even attempting delivery due to "incomplete address information." When I spoke to the courier company, they claimed the address was incomplete, yet the same address was used to successfully deliver the hangers within two days. There was no issue with the address. I've been contacting Zara for days, and they keep saying the product will be sent back from the warehouse, but I’ve received no emails, messages, or updates. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m extremely frustrated. The bag was personalized with a name, so I don’t want to return it—I just want my item. If I don’t receive a response soon, I’ll escalate this complaint to other authorities.
