Zara Charged Me Three Times After I Bought a €2 Package
I bought a small €2 package via the Zara app, but soon after, I saw three unauthorized charges of €44 each from the same seller—adding up to almost ₺6,500. I did not authorize these transactions and promptly reached out to my bank to contest them. Even though the bank is looking into the matter, I can’t help but wonder how my card information was breached after making a straightforward purchase from a well-known brand. I had faith in the platform's security, but then this breach occurred immediately after my usage. I didn’t make those payments, so who is going to take responsibility? This situation has not only led to financial difficulties but has also undermined my confidence. It’s disheartening to feel so vulnerable over what should have been a straightforward experience.
