Zara Online Support Ends Chats Abruptly Without Addressing All Questions
I recently used Zara's online customer support, but the experience was extremely frustrating. The support agents ended the chat abruptly before I could finish asking my questions. As soon as they said what they wanted, the session would close, and the message field would become inactive, leaving no way to continue the conversation.
Is it too much to expect basic courtesy, like asking, "Do you have any additional questions?" or "Can I assist you with anything else?" before ending the session? This lack of professionalism shows a disregard for customer needs.
I rely on online support for quick and clear answers, but Zara's service has been anything but helpful. I urge Zara to improve their customer support system to ensure proper resolutions and better interactions. This behavior is unacceptable for a brand claiming to value its customers.
