I recently purchased a duo of Lisboa and Seoul perfumes from Metromall Zara, and neither of them has any fragrance at all. I’ve been using these perfumes regularly, so it’s strange that this time they seem completely scentless. It feels like these products are either fake or severely lacking in fragrance. I’m requesting an immediate refund, as this is not what I expect from Zara. It’s disappointing to see multiple complaints about this issue without any response from the brand. I hope Zara takes this seriously and resolves the matter.
