I purchased 3 items online from Zara. To receive my order early, I opted for an extra fee for expedited shipping. However, the promised delivery date came and went with no sign of my package. If they can't provide this service, they shouldn't offer it as an option. I've requested a refund for the extra shipping charge. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated with Zara's online service. It's crucial for companies to fulfill their promises, especially when customers pay extra for expedited shipping. I hope Zara takes steps to rectify this issue and improve their delivery services.
