Zara Charged Me Twice But Didn’t Process My Order or Refund My Money
On April 18, 2025 at 00:10:56, I placed an online order for a jacket from Zara. The payment was initially withdrawn from my credit card and instantly refunded, only for Zara to charge me a second time shortly after. However, my order never appeared in the system, and I never received the jacket I paid for. Nor was my second payment refunded.
To resolve the issue, I visited the Zara store at Gordion Mall and personally spoke with the store manager, Ms. G****, providing her with all my payment receipts and transaction details. She assured me the issue would be resolved. But when I followed up today by phone, I was shockingly told that no payment had been received and that I should contact my bank.
Despite taking every step Zara requested—and even meeting in person—the issue has gone absolutely nowhere. I now feel completely ignored and financially scammed by a brand I used to trust.
