Zara Denim Dress Arrived Used With Sweat Odor and Rust Stains

I purchased a denim dress from Zara's online store in the second week of September. When the product arrived, I immediately noticed a very strong smell of sweat as soon as I opened the package, and there were obvious rust stains on the dress. It was very clear that the product had been worn and used by someone else before me, yet it was sent to me in this defective and faulty condition. As soon as I noticed the issue, I returned the dress by courier in the third week of September without any delay. However, on October 6, I was contacted by Zara and informed that, despite having no fault whatsoever, I was being unfairly held responsible and that my return had been rejected and the product would be sent back to me. I absolutely do not accept being held responsible for the company's logistics and quality control errors or being made to bear the cost of its operational mistakes. It is almost impossible to reach customer service; I cannot reach a real representative through the phone line or bots, and no concrete solution has been provided. Throughout this process, no reasonable explanation has been given regarding either the rust stains or the strong odor. Before applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, I request that this grievance be resolved directly by Zara. I demand that the unfair rejection of my return be cancelled, that the return of the defective and used product be accepted, and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me promptly and in full.
