Zara Charged My Card $817 Without Consent

Today, about an hour ago, a transaction for $817 was made on my Zara.com account using my VakıfBank card — without my knowledge or consent. I received no approval request or decline notice; I only discovered it by chance when I checked my bank account.

I immediately contacted the bank and had my card cancelled for security reasons. I tried calling Zara customer service, but received no answer at all. When I contacted İyzico, they told me I first had to talk to Zara, but offered no concrete solution.

I demand that this unauthorized charge be immediately canceled and that the full amount of $817 be refunded to my card at once.
