Zara Blazer Ruined the Special Day of My Life!!!!!!!

I bought a blazer in store to use for my wedding, however after washing the product with precautions, The inside lining where already ripped off. I wasn't able to use it for my wedding. It is not the quality I paid for. Unlike other brands I used for a formal occassions, they are easy to handle and after washing them, there were no problem at all. This blazer is a waste of money. Zara uses low quality material hence sell it so expensive. Once I initiate a return or refund, the store manager rejected the product saying that they have no use to resell it and so they cannot issue a refund. Disapponted, and devasted after seeing my purchase. Attached please find the photo for your reference. And tell me that I am wrong. This blazer is a garbage and did not meet consumers expectation.
