My Zara Shoes Developed Leather Damage Within 14 Days of Purchase
April 26, 2025 7:28 PM55

On April 12, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Zara store at Cevahir Mall. Shockingly, within just 14 days, the leather on the shoes became so damaged that they are now completely unusable.

When I returned to the store to request a refund or exchange, the staff member refused, stating that they could not process an exchange because there was "separation" in the product. Honestly, even if the issue had been separation, I doubt they would have accepted responsibility and helped.

This is unacceptable for a brand like Zara. I am requesting an immediate resolution to this matter. If I do not receive a proper response and solution, I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to the Consumer Court. I expect Zara to stand behind the quality of the products they sell.
