Unable to Access Old Email on Zara App – Need Urgent Help with Returns and Email Change
I’ve been using the Zara app for a long time, but my information is outdated. I can’t log into my current email address through Gmail, and now I have returns pending. Unfortunately, all the return information is being sent to an old email address that I no longer use, don’t remember the password for, and can’t recover. I’ve received no assistance in resolving this issue.
I urgently need support to complete my returns and change my email address in the app. Please help me as soon as possible.
