I wanted to purchase the product with code 3046/264/802 from Zara’s online store. However, the product image and the version shown on the model look different and inconsistent, which made me hesitant to proceed with the purchase. To get clarification, I contacted your live support team for more detailed information.

Unfortunately, the support representative didn’t understand my question and simply suggested that I check the product specifications. What I actually wanted to know was why the item looks different in the images and which version would be shipped if I placed an order. Since I couldn’t get a clear answer, I decided not to complete the purchase.

I kindly request a clear explanation about this product and confirmation of which version is sent to customers based on the listing images.
