I Face Zara Customer Service Not Explaining Why My Orders Were Canceled
On September 27, 2025, I placed an order for a women’s pair of pants through Zara’s online store. However, later the same day, my orders were canceled without any explanation or detailed information being provided. My order numbers are 543524 and 543554. I had paid by credit card, and although the charges were refunded, no reason was given for the cancellations.
When I contacted Zara customer service, the only response I received was that “an investigation will be conducted.” This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and the uncertainty surrounding the cancellation has left me frustrated.
I request that Zara clearly explain the reason for canceling my orders and take steps to address my inconvenience.
