I Face Discoloration on Zara Pink Jeans Despite Proper Care

I purchased a powder pink pair of jeans from Zara's online store on [purchase date] for ₺[amount]. Although I followed the care instructions precisely and did not dry them in direct sunlight, severe discoloration and burn-like marks appeared around the hem area. To confirm the issue wasn’t environmental, I dried my daughter's LC Waikiki pants of the same color in the same location—and they remained flawless.

In the attached photo, the top jeans are my daughter’s from LCW, and the bottom ones are the defective Zara jeans. I tried reaching Zara’s customer service by phone, but no one answered. This forced me to raise my concern here.
