I Cannot Track My Zara Refund After My Order Was Removed From the App
On May 28, 2026, I placed an order through the Zara app for delivery in Ankara, including a bandana and a bracelet. On May 30, I received an email informing me that the sale of the bandana had been canceled unilaterally by Zara. However, despite the cancellation, the refund for the bandana has still not been processed.
What concerns me even more is that the canceled item has completely disappeared from the “My Orders” section of the Zara app. Both the product image and the related order record have been removed, leaving me unable to track the cancellation and refund process through my account. At this point, the only proof I have is the original order confirmation email and the cancellation email sent by Zara.
I believe it is unacceptable and misleading for order records to be removed from a customer's account before the refund process has been completed. Customers should be able to view and track canceled orders and refund statuses transparently at all times.
I have also attempted to contact Zara customer service by calling 444 5 952 multiple times, but my calls have not been answered. In addition, there is no visible communication or messaging feature within the app that would allow me to report the issue directly. As a result, I have been unable to reach a representative or obtain any information regarding my refund.
For order number 5471*****58, I request that the refund for the canceled bandana be issued to me as soon as possible. I also ask Zara to ensure that canceled orders and refund records remain visible and traceable within customer accounts so that users can monitor the status of their purchases in a transparent and reliable manner.
