I took an online IQ test on yourselfirst.com website on 03/30, for which I agreed to pay only 1.95. After this, the company attempted to charge my debit card ending in 0542 an additional 39.95, which I never approved or knowingly subscribed to. I feel that this is misleading and comes across as an attempt to take money from people without clear consent. I have tried to reach yourselfirst.com but have not been able to get a response or contact anyone from their customer service. Despite this, the 39.95 charge attempt remains, and I am very uncomfortable with my card information being kept in their system. I request that the 39.95 be fully refunded (or any pending/processed 39.95 transaction be cancelled), any subscription or recurring payment connected to my name, email, or card be immediately cancelled, and all of my card and personal information be removed from yourselfirst.com system. I also want written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card ending in 0542.
