VakıfBank Credit Card Annual Fee Charged And Refund Refused

I am a VakıfBank credit card user and a few days ago a card fee of ₺559 was charged to my card, even though I am a regular customer. This amount was reflected on my card statement about 3 days ago and I consider this fee to be unfair. After noticing the ₺559 card fee, I contacted VakıfBank customer services and shared my objection. However, I was informed that the fee would not be refunded. I have been using this credit card for about 1 year and I find it unfair to be charged such a high card fee in such a short period of time. I kindly request that the card fee, which was charged to my VakıfBank credit card linked to my branch in Antalya, be refunded to my card and that no such unjust fee be charged again.
