Yandex Failed to Credit My Winning $6 Istanbulkart Campaign Reward

I participated in the Yandex-exclusive Istanbulkart $6 gift promotional campaign and received an official notification confirming that I had won. However, even though approximately two weeks have passed, no $6 transit balance has been credited to my digital Istanbulkart account in any form.

Every time I log into the Istanbulkart application, I see that my balance remains at $0.00 alongside my emergency overdraft information; despite winning through the campaign, the gift amount was never reflected on the card. Although I have contacted both Yandex and Istanbulkart regarding this issue, I have received no clear solution or explanation.

I demand that the $6 balance I earned under the campaign terms be credited in full as a transit balance to my digital Istanbulkart account, and that I be provided with an explanation as to why this process has been delayed for so long.
