Yandex AI Promo Code "yxsuper3" Fails to Unlock TOD TV Subscription
When following the steps for the 3-month TOD TV promotional campaign offered by the Yandex AI application and entering the gift code "yxsuper3" into the promo field, I receive an error message stating, "This code did not unlock any reward. Try a different code," as shown in the screenshot. Despite fulfilling all campaign instructions completely, I am unable to redeem the reward promised by Yandex.
Upon researching online forums and this platform, I noticed that many other users are experiencing the exact same technical error alongside me. Whether due to distributed promo codes reaching their redemption limit or a system integration problem, I am being prevented from accessing the TOD TV subscription to which I am entitled. I am attaching a screenshot of the error message I received regarding this issue.
I demand that the Yandex support team rectify this system malfunction and issue me a fully active, functioning promo code that I can seamlessly redeem on the TOD TV platform.
