Yandex AI Failed to Credit My Earned 5 GB Vodafone Data Reward

As a result of an action I completed within the Yandex AI application on July 30, 2026, at around 11:00 PM, I earned a 5 GB mobile data reward to be credited to my Vodafone line. Although I received a confirmation within the app stating that I had won, this data package was never loaded onto my mobile account.

I demand that the mobile data package I earned through the in-app campaign be credited to my Vodafone line immediately, and that a clear explanation regarding this process be provided to me.
