Yandex AI Failed to Deliver Promised 5-Day S Sport Promotional Subscription

When installing the Yandex AI app, I was promised an S Sport subscription upon completing a five-day activity requirement under a promotional campaign. I downloaded the app trusting this promise; however, the pledge was not honored, and my S Sport subscription was never activated. I believe this practice amounts to misleading consumers.

Because the campaign terms explicitly stated that an S Sport subscription would be provided, I demand that this membership be granted to me immediately and in full. Otherwise, I request that this campaign be formally investigated as deceptive marketing and that my grievance be resolved.
