I Can’t Access My Gate.io Account Because My Old Phone Number Is Still Linked

I'm currently locked out of my Gate.io account because it's still linked to an old phone number that I no longer use. When I try to log in, I can receive a verification code via email, but I also need to enter a code sent to my old phone number, which I can’t access anymore.

This has become a serious issue because I urgently need to withdraw funds from my account. There’s no clear option on the platform to update my phone number or bypass this step, and I haven’t been able to get real support to resolve the issue.

Gate.io, I’m asking for immediate help to update my phone number or offer an alternative identity verification method so I can regain access to my account. Please don’t let users lose access to their funds due to outdated contact info. I expect a fast and secure resolution.
