I have serious complaints about the admins named A***, Kalpsiz, A****, and Asimelek on the 101 Yalla platform. These individuals often lie, ban users without reason, and use offensive and insulting language. In some cases, I was even asked to pay money to have my ban lifted. In particular, the admin named Asimelek has displayed inappropriate behavior in chat rooms instead of performing her duties.
I’ve been facing these problems for about 3–4 days, and although I’ve reported them to the platform’s customer service, nothing has been done so far. I also have video evidence of these incidents and am ready to share it publicly if necessary. I demand that my complaint be taken seriously, that the involved admins issue a public apology, and that they be removed from their positions. I have also informed my lawyers about the situation and will pursue legal action if no steps are taken.
