Yahoo Verification Sms Problem

I haven't been able to access my Yahoo Mail account for about a week. Although I had never entered a wrong password, a week ago suddenly a warning came out, "We must confirm that this person is you," and two recovery options were offered: the first was my old recovery mail (ayhan_oz***@hotmail.com), and the second was my Turkcell line 05065090*** that I am currently using. However, my first alternative, my email address, was blocked years ago and is no longer available. In the second alternative, I don't get a verification code on my phone, even though I've tried it many times. My line is open to international calls and SMS, and verification codes from other services such as Gmail come smoothly. Although I tried about 30 times, I did not get results. I wanted to get help from Yahoo's support pages, but it's stated that I need to constantly call the US number. I use a standard account for free and my username is ayhan_oz***@yahoo.com. This account, which I have been using for years without any problems, has all my important information, invoices and correspondence. I request that my account be re-accessed and verification SMS be sent to Turkey numbers without any problems.
