The Money I Deposited From The Bank İs Not Reflected On The XM Acct
I have a standard trading account with XM Global, account number 351889285, and on 12 January 2026 at 07:01 am I deposited 3,000 INR to my account from my IPPB bank using the UPI method. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank, it has still not been reflected in my XM Global trading account. This situation is preventing me from using my funds for trading and is causing me concern about the safety of my money. I contacted XM Global customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my 3,000 INR deposit be promptly located and credited to my XM Global standard account number 351889285, or, if this is not possible, that the amount be immediately refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear written explanation for the delay and lack of response so that this kind of problem does not occur again.
