XM UTR Transaction Failed
I hold a Standard account with XM Trading, linked to my MT5 account number 410458608. On 14 January 2026 at around 12:25 a.m., I deposited ₹3,000 to this trading account via UPI using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my IDFC bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading account. The main transaction reference number I have for this payment is 638010285649. Despite the successful debit from my bank, the funds remain missing from my XM account, which is preventing me from trading and is causing financial inconvenience. I contacted XM customer support regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved, and my funds are still unavailable in my trading account. I request that XM urgently investigate this transaction using the above reference number and immediately credit the missing ₹3,000 to my MT5 trading account 410458608, or provide a clear explanation of what has happened to this deposit.
