XM Trading Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I made a UPI deposit to my XM Trading account through Paytm Bank of India on 20/02/2026 for an amount of 8,000 INR. The transaction was completed at around 4:34 PM, and I also received a UTR number for this payment. However, this amount has still not been credited to my XM Trading account. I have contacted support about this issue, and I have been told to wait for 24 hours, but my money is still stuck and not visible in my XM Trading balance. Since the payment has already been debited from my Paytm Bank of India account and I hold a valid UTR number as proof, I request that this 8,000 INR either be credited to my XM Trading account without further delay or be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate this missing deposit using the UTR details on your side and resolve this matter promptly.
