Missing Deposit From My XM Trading Account
I am writing to report a serious problem with a deposit that has not been credited to my XM standard trading account. On 13/01/2026 at around 9:11 a.m. (Indian time), I deposited ₹8,000 via UPI from my State Bank of India account. The payment was sent to the receiver Hemanti Kum*** with UPI ID hemanti***@ptyes. The UPI transaction reference number (UTR) for this payment is 601360843457. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank, but it has still not appeared in my XM trading account. I have contacted XM customer support multiple times about this issue. Each time, I was only informed that the “relevant department is working on” my case, but there has been no resolution and no clear update. This situation is causing me inconvenience and preventing me from using my funds for trading. I request that the missing ₹8,000 be credited to my XM trading account as soon as possible based on the payment details provided above, and I also expect a clear explanation of the delay in processing this deposit.
