XM Global Not Credit Deposit

I request that this amount be credited to my trading account number 321248874. Despite this, the amount has still not been credited to my account. I have followed up multiple times regarding this issue. In response, I received a message stating that the delay is due to routine checks being conducted by your processing partner and that the funds will be credited to my trading account or refunded to the original wallet once the checks are completed. However, a considerable time has passed and the money is still not visible in my account, which is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my deposit of Rs 3,001 be credited to my trading account number 321248874 instantly without any further delay. If this is not possible, I expect a clear and prompt resolution, including a definite timeline and confirmation of where my funds currently are.
