XM 360 Delays $600 Withdrawal to SBI Bank Account
I am writing regarding a pending withdrawal from my XM 360 trading account that has not been credited to my bank account. On February 3, 2026, I initiated a transfer of 600 USD from my trading account to my State Bank of India savings account. The transaction was processed under Transaction ID 431270950, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
Several days have now passed since the transaction date, yet I have not received any update or clarification regarding this delay. I contacted XM 360 by email to ask about the status of my withdrawal, but I have not received any response or information.
I request that my 600 USD withdrawal be credited to my State Bank of India savings account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation from XM 360 explaining why this withdrawal has not been processed so far and the exact reason for the delay in this transaction.
I haven’t received a reply to any of my emails. There is no proper support available from anywhere. Their live chat is also useless — for the past three days, I haven’t seen a single agent online.
I have sent so many emails, but I haven’t received any reply.
