XM Global Processes Withdrawal but Opay Bank Never Receives Funds
I am writing regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with my XM Global standard trading account. On February 2, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for $334 to my local bank account via Opay. The $334 was deducted from my XM trading account, and the withdrawal is shown as successfully processed on your side under Transaction ID: 1187435267, but the funds have not been credited to my Opay bank account. I contacted Opay support, and they confirmed that there is no record of this transaction in my account history and advised me to contact XM regarding the missing funds. Following this, I reached out to XM through live chat and was instructed to email the transaction details to [email protected]. I have already sent this email, but I have not received any response or resolution. At this point, the $334 is neither in my XM trading account nor in my Opay bank account, and the lack of feedback is extremely concerning. I respectfully request that XM urgently investigate this transaction and either return the $334 to my XM trading account or successfully transfer the funds to my Opay bank account as originally requested. I expect a prompt and clear response with a concrete solution, as this is my hard-earned money and I should not be left without access to it.
