Xm360 Fails to Credit ₹3,516 Bank Transfer Deposit
I made a deposit of ₹3,516 to my Xm360 account on February 12, 2026, using the local bank transfer option. The transfer was successfully completed from my bank, and the UTR/transaction number for this payment is Y2M1237735970145574913. Despite this, the deposit has still not been credited to my Xm360 account. My Xm360 account is registered under the same name and contact details that I used for the bank transfer.
I have attempted to contact Xm360 customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which is causing serious concern about the safety of my funds. I request that the ₹3,516 be credited to my Xm360 account immediately without further delay. If this is not possible, I request that the same amount be refunded to my bank account right away. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the deposit has not been reflected in my account and why customer service has failed to respond to my inquiries.
