XM Global – Deposit Not Credited Since 20/01/2026
I am writing regarding a serious problem with a deposit I made to my XM Global Limited trading account, which has still not been credited after more than 18 days. On 20/01/2026, I deposited ₹30,000 to XM with the following beneficiary details: Rahiv Fash*** Fusion – Account Number 3197942044308, UTR: SBIN/226020200957. The amount was successfully debited from my SBI bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading account number 110210530. I am based in Hyderabad, India, and made this transaction for my XM Global Limited account. Since then, I have contacted XM support many times through live chat and email. Each time, I receive the same responses, such as “Your case is prioritized,” “No exact resolution date,” and repeated requests to wait 48 hours. Despite these assurances, more than 18 days have now passed, and I still do not have access to my own money. I have not been given any official case ID or reference number, and there is no clear timeline or concrete update on when this issue will be resolved. I request that XM either immediately credits the ₹30,000 to my trading account 110210530 or refunds the full amount back to my SBI bank account linked to UTR SBIN/226020200957. I also expect a clear and firm resolution deadline instead of generic or automated replies, as this prolonged delay and lack of transparency are unacceptable.
