XM MT5 Deposit Missing After Successful UPI Payment

I deposited 5,000 INR into my XM MT5 trading account (account number 92123023) via UPI yesterday, but the amount has still not been credited to my MT5 account. The funds have already been debited from my UPI source, yet after nearly 18 hours, nothing has appeared in my trading balance. I contacted XM customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far. This issue is preventing me from using my trading account properly and is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that this matter be resolved urgently by either crediting the 5,000 INR to my MT5 account or refunding the amount back to my UPI source, whichever option is possible and fastest. I also expect a prompt update and a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.




Me too facing this same issue, It's been 12 hours since payment was made but Amount is not reflected to my MT5 account. No responce from the support team as well. this is serious concern for me using XM for my trading journey.
