I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a deposit to my XM MT5 trading account. On 11.03.2026, I transferred an amount of 9,000 INR via UPI from my Karnataka Bank account to XM. The funds have neither been credited to my XM trading account nor refunded back to my bank account. The transaction was made for my trading account registered under the name Hemantha K*** My trading account number is 341850044*** and the UPI transaction UTR number is 332156192***. Despite this transfer being successfully debited from my bank account, the corresponding credit has not appeared in my XM account. I have contacted XM customer support many times and each time I have only been informed that the transaction is “under investigation” and that I need to wait, without any concrete update, time frame, or clear explanation of the delay. I request that the 9,000 INR be immediately credited to my XM MT5 trading account without any further delay, or that you urgently investigate this transaction in coordination with the payment provider and resolve the issue as a priority. I also ask to receive a clear written update on the investigation and a confirmation once the amount has been successfully credited or refunded.
